LINE UP

We know your life is busy.

We know you want opportunities for deeper fellowship.

And we know that you crave deeper intimacy with Jesus.

JESUS + COMMUNITY

In an effort to serve the wants and needs of this local community, we are doing something new, but it's really not that new.

Our goal is to get young adults plugged into a small group to experience belonging and transformation in an organic way. We believe that small groups are one of the best ways to learn about Jesus, grow as a follower of Jesus, and make friends along the way. During the in-between months when small groups are not happening, we will have opportunities for encounters and accompaniment through holy hours, speaker series, and service opportunities. This is open to anyone from any parish!

We're aware that there are a lot of things competing for your attention and time. We want to work with you and meet you where you are. Join us for a young adult holy hour or find a small group that fits your schedule! We are always looking for more young adults to help us create and organize impactful opportunities of encounter. Email Paola Peña at ppena@st-pius.org if you are interested!

The early church grew in homes and in small groups first. St. John Paul II invites the faithful to present the same, timeless Gospel in a new way. “New in ardor. New in method. New in expression.” So that’s what we’re doing here. The Spirit is diverse in how it expresses and inspires people to share the Gospel and we believe that this is one of those times. A call to go back to the beginning by becoming small again, just as Pope Benedict XVI predicted in 1969, “She [the Church] will become small and will have to start afresh more or less from the beginning.” (From a broadcast on German Radio in 1969.)
